<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Condizione necessaria del suo instaurarsi è </span><b>l’eccesso di Estrogeni. </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gli estrogeni</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">sono definiti gli ormoni sessuali femminili per eccellenza. </span></p>
<p>Ma attenzione a non cadere nel tranello di pensare che basti agire sugli estrogeni per eliminare la cellulite, innanzitutto perchè non è facile controllare gli ormoni, e poi <b>non sono solo loro i responsabili</b>: ho detto &#8220;<em>primi</em>&#8221; responsabili, non &#8220;<i>unici</i>&#8220;.</p>

C’è chi fugge letteralmente dall’allenamento delle gambe in sala pesi e chi allena sempre e solo le gambe fino allo stremo quasi dimenticandosi di avere anche una parte superiore del corpo. A condire il tutto, sedute estenuanti di esercizi di cardiofitness. Certamente non esiste un allenamento standard uguale per tutte, ma la differenza nasce da un lavoro certosino, personalizzato e soprattutto integrato con trattamenti specifici di estetica avanzata e un programma di alimentazione potenziativo.</p>
<p><strong>Di nostro interesse</strong> per capire quali sono i metodi di allenamento più indicati, bisogna far riferimento a due condizioni sempre associate alla cellulite: <strong>il malfunzionamento del microcircolo e la ritenzione idrica.</strong></p>

</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-8"><p><b>Il microcircolo</b> è l’insieme dei piccoli vasi ematici quali capillari, venule, arteriole e metarteriole che forniscono ossigeno, ormoni, sostanze nutritive ai tessuti, rimuovono le sostanze di scarto come le tossine e grazie ai capillari linfatici drenano i liquidi extracellulari. <b>Fattori come la sedentarietà</b>, <b>problemi posturali</b>, <b>obesità</b>, <b>uso di calzature strette e tacchi</b>, <b>stile di vita scorretto</b>, possono compromettere il suo funzionamento causando uno stato infiammatorio ed un ristagno di liquidi negli arti inferiori.</p>
</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-9"><h2>Ritenzione idrica e Cellulite</h2>
</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-10"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Con il termine</span> <b>ritenzione idrica</b> <span style="font-weight: 400;">si indica invece la tendenza a trattenere liquidi nell’organismo, che vanno poi ad accumularsi negli spazi interstiziali, ovvero quelli tra cellula e cellula. Tale accumulo causa </span><b>edema</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, un gonfiore anomalo che interessa le zone del corpo maggiormente predisposte anche all’accumulo di tessuto adiposo(cioè di grasso corporeo) quali per esempio l’addome (la cosiddetta “pancia”) e gli arti inferiori, in particolare cosce, glutei e caviglie</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">. L’eccesso di grasso è il primo fattore che può alterare questo equilibrio. Esso infatti induce uno </span><b>stato infiammatorio</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> nelle cellule alterandone struttura e funzione, e ostacolando meccanicamente i tessuti circostanti. Il </span><b>ritorno venoso e linfatico</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> non è ottimale, i liquidi e le tossine non sono ben smaltiti e tendono a ristagnare negli spazi extracellulari. </span></p>
<p><b>La buona notizia</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> è che un corretto allenamento può migliorare entrambe le condizioni spingendo maggiormente i liquidi negli spazi intracellulari piuttosto che negli extra. I risultati saranno minore ritenzione idrica e minor cellulite, oltre che un aspetto più tonico e definito.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Uno dei migliori protocolli è </span><b>l’allenamento con sovraccarichi</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> o definito anche “allenamento in sala pesi”, spesso odiato dal mondo femminile, il quale ti permette di costruire massa magra a discapito della massa grassa. Questo </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">è fondamentale per ridurre la ritenzione idrica e la cellulite perché i muscoli tonificandosi richiamano liquidi al loro interno sottraendoli agli spazi extracellulari. Sarà bene adottare un lavoro ipertrofico di tipo anaerobico che ti porterà a sollevare tanto peso in poco tempo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I parametri più importanti sono </span><b>il </b><b>volume d’allenamento</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> (quante serie e ripetizioni svolgi), e </span><b>l’</b><b>intensità di allenamento</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, cioè quanti kg usi (intensità assoluta) o quanto carico percepisci (intensità percepita). </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Tenendo come punto fermo una buona intensità percepita, la soluzione per muoverti in questo range ma variando gli stimoli dati al muscolo è combinare </span><b>allenamenti con alti carichi e basso volume</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, ad allenamenti con </span><b>carichi medio/bassi ed alto volume</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">. Questi ultimi, definiti </span><b>allenamenti metabolici</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, portano a produrre il famigerato acido lattico, quello che porta alla sensazione di bruciore muscolare quando fai serie con alte ripetizioni. A dire il vero, poiché causano uno stato infiammatorio momentano, non sono la strategia più immediata per veder ridurre ritenzione e cellulite. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gli allenamenti di questo tipo (carichi medio/bassi ed alto volume), però, sono un investimento a lungo termine perché inducono la creazione di nuovi capillari nel microcircolo (cosa buona, per quanto detto) e aumentano la densità dei mitocondri, i responsabili della demolizione e l&#8217;ossidazione dei grassi. Per neutralizzare l’effetto infiammatorio a breve termine  dell’acido lattico, l’allenamento con i sovraccarichi può essere accompagnato da attività aerobica di intensità moderata, che favorisca lo smaltimento dell’acido lattico, la microcircolazione e l’ossigenazione dei tessuti.</span></p>
