<p>Infatti la <strong>comunità scientifica è chiara</strong> a riguardo, <strong>i lavori con sovraccarichi</strong> non sono solo <strong>acconsentiti</strong>, ma addirittura <strong>apportano diversi benefici</strong> per:<br />
&#8211; il fitness cardiovascolare;<br />
&#8211; la composizione corporea;<br />
&#8211; la densità e crescita minerale ossea;<br />
&#8211; i profili lipidici nel sangue;<br />
&#8211; la salute mentale;<br />
&#8211; la funzionalità generale e sviluppo neuro muscolare;<br />
&#8211; prevenzione degli infortuni causati dagli altri sport.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><em>Le varie ricerche scientifiche di nota autorevolezza sono comunemente unanimi tra loro nel confermare diversi principi fondamentali legati all’uso dell’esercizio contro resistenza per le popolazioni giovani comprendenti quindi bambini e adolescenti a partire dai 7/8 anni.</em></p>
</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-5"></div><div class="fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep" style="align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width:100%;"></div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-6"><p>Pertanto si possono effettuare lavori di forza muscolare <strong>dalla scuola primaria</strong> (età prepuberale) con un minimo di 2 sedute a settimana con attenzione alla prevenzione degli infortuni e alle prestazioni stesse. Bisognerà <strong>associare ad allenamenti di forza muscolare anche sedute di resistenza</strong> che contribuirà ad un aumento di forza muscolare che non genererà ipertrofia poiché l’assetto ormonale è favorevole all’incremento della massa muscolare nell’età della pubertà. <strong>Non si raggiungerà mai un carico massimale</strong> (1RM) ma si punterà alla potenza con carichi più bassi lavorando sulla velocità di esecuzione e quindi ad un metabolismo anaerobico alattacido.</p>
<p><strong>Bisogna affidarsi solo a professionisti certificati</strong>, che adotteranno uno specifico riscaldamento pre workout e carichi progressivi sviluppando un piano di allenamento solo dopo test di valutazione motoria. Si dovranno eseguire esercizi con una tecnica perfetta sotto una <strong>supervisione</strong> e con specifici tempi di recupero.</p>
